“Platform” means Kvadrio. “User” means anyone who accesses the platform. “Account” means a profile linked to an email and/or identity provider. “Content” includes listings, text, photos, messages, and other information you submit.

We may update these terms for legal compliance, security, or service improvements. The last updated date is shown above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

You confirm you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

We may use OTP codes and/or sign-in via identity providers (Google, Facebook, Apple). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and protecting access to your account.

For security we may apply rate limits, store session technical data (e.g., IP, user-agent), and expire or revoke sessions.

You are responsible for content you post. Illegal, misleading, abusive content or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or threatens safety or platform integrity.

Prohibited: unauthorized access, disruption, scraping without permission, malicious code, impersonation, collecting user data without a legal basis, and bypassing security controls.

Kvadrio and its design, logos, and code are protected. You do not acquire ownership rights in the platform.

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, suspected abuse, or legal obligation.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kvadrio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on third-party content.

We will try to resolve disputes informally. If that is not possible, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
